Satire: Socialist Unironically Scoffs at Fasting: “It Never Works.”

Socialist “Basic Keaton” scoffed when he encountered the invitation from President Russell M. Nelson of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to fast and pray this past Sunday.

“We’ve already seen this tried,” grumbled Keaton as he rolled his eyes. “And it never works. All that happens is that people go hungry.”

When asked if he saw any irony in pushing socialism, which has a notorious track record of never working and leaving a lot more people hungry, Keaton responded:

“Yeah, but REAL socialism has never been tried.”

Keaton ultimately admitted that, in addition to never living socialist principles himself, he had never really tried fasting and prayer.
